Executive Inn and Suites

I stayed at the Executive Inn while visiting my girlfriend from out of town over the weekend. The room was very clean and spacious for a solo traveler. The bed was supposed to be a king but seemed a bit small for a king, although that was no big deal. It was warm, comfy, and allowed for a pretty good night's rest. The only thing I could really complain about is the noise. With the door closed, I could hear everything going on outside as if it were wide open. Other than that, I truly enjoyed my stay and I think I'd go back if I'm ever back in Jefferson.

The stay here was enjoyable. The management gave us a very nice rate on our room for the week. It was very clean, the jacuzzi was awesome and is situated walking distance from the downtown area. The only thing that stops me from giving a 5 star rating is the water pressure on the top floor is pretty weak and they quit doing the complimentary breakfast.

We had a pleasant stay overnight last week. We had 2 Kings and it was better than I had expected. Clean spacious rooms with microwave and refrigerator. We never felt any mildew odor as someone mentioned. May be they renovated the facility. It also has elevator to get to the second floor. Not many options for breakfast. Hence 4 stars.

Hotel is old and it shows in the paint and room, but it was very clean. I really turned everything over looking for bugs and stains after reading some of the reviews but didn’t find any. Only drawback was the train blowing its horn and 18 Wheelers on the road all night long. Not even a noise machine helped to drown that noise.

Room was clean, easy access to many different restaurants. There is a train that goes by quite often but it doesn't matter where you stay in Jefferson you are going to hear it. The walls are little thin so pray your neighbor doesn't snore. All in all it was a decent stay and given the option we would stay again.

Got caught in a rain/fog event and decided to stop here for the night, on my way to Texarkana. Check in was easy and friendly. My room was 2nd floor near the stairs and elevator. It was very clean and very spacious. Shower pressure was great and water stayed hot for a long shower. I'm tall and appreciate when shower heads are hung high...this one was at about 6'5", so great IMO! Bed was comfy and while I could hear 18-wheeler traffic, the rain drowned it all out and I slept very well. I did not do breakfast, so can't vouch for that, but there is a McD right across the street if needed. The only negative was there was no USB plug/port in the room. I had my phone charging cord, but no wall outlet plug, so I couldn't charge my phone overnight. Not a huge issue, just a heads up. Overall, I'm glad I stopped and stayed, and would stay again.

While the location is great, it is located on a VERY busy highway and right across from the RR Tracks that are busy as well. But, honestly that's the ONLY negative (and doesn't count unless you're working nights as I was). Despite the previous reviews, this nice little place is IMMACULATE and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. REALLY nicely remodeled rooms, very well equipped and CLEAN. Even an entire 2nd story 1600 square foot, fully equipped apartment can be yours ... in your own building with private access, right from the ground floor! (Just ask about it! ). I travel all the time for the railroad...and, I must admit that this hotel is very definitely one of the nicest I've had the pleasure to stay at for a CLC available booking! It was shockingly NICE even for the price "out of pocket "! I've added photos...but you must ignore MY OWN ITEMS I SET UP...don't expect them in your room...I stay in hotels A LOT and I enjoy my own food and coffee.

Nice, clean, comfortable room but very noisy from the road noise from the highway and the trains going by. Would be very nice if the management would offer complementary ear plugs. We tried to find some in town but could not find any.

Clean, big room. Was everything you would expect from any chain brand. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows, fridge in the room and a couch very nice and was pet friendly for my service dog

Not a bad room for the location and price. Bed was comfortable. AC worked great. I didn't eat the breakfast so I can't comment on that. My only complaint is when other guest are smoking outside their rooms, the smoke finds its way into your closed door room. I can't stand cigarette smoke, so that did bother me.
